Start with quality ingredients
         The foundation of any great grilled dish is high-quality ingredients. When selecting meats, opt for fresh cuts from your local producers or market. Look for marbling in beef cuts, which adds flavor and juiciness, and ensure poultry meat and seafood are fresh and properly stored. Don’t forget about veggies!
