Co-op Pinnacle 1400 PLUS

Co-op Pinnacle 1400 Plus is designed to provide high-quality protein and energy to horses
of all ages. Follow recommended feeding rates below. Feed similar amounts at the same time each day to minimize
digestive upset. Monitor the horse's body condition and adjust feeding practices to maintain an appropriate level of
condition. If feeding a grain ration at a rate of 0.50 lb per 100 lb of body weight per day or more, divide total amount
into 2 or 3 individual meals offered over 10 to 12 hours. Avoid abrupt changes in feed or forage type. Implement any
changes to the diet over a 7 to 10 day transitional period. Changes in the amount of a grain ration should not exceed
1.00 to 1.50 lb per day. Provide clean, fresh water at all times.

• Lactating Mares, from 3 months to weaning: 1.00 to 1.50 lb
• Non-breeding Stallions: 0.40 to 0.60 lb
• Breeding Stallions: 0.60 to 1.00 lb
• Nursing Foal: Creep Feed
• Weaned Foals: 0.75 to 1.25 lb
• Yearlings & 2 year olds: 0.75 to 1.25 lb

* Feeding rates are expressed as lb of feed per 100 lb of body weight per day. All
calculations assume a daily minimum intake of 1.20 lb of good-quality forage per 100
lb of body weight.
