Mady Donnell's t-shirt design. "Tennessee 4-H - Where everyone has a place"
A T-shirt design submitted by 4-H Member Mady Donnell of Sumner County has been selected as the winning entry in the Tennessee Farmers Cooperative 2025 4-H T-shirt contest.

Mady is the daughter of Austin and Jessica Donnell and is a sophomore at Portland High School. Her Extension agent is Whitney Whittaker.

The winning design features an outline of the state of Tennessee filled with the names of 4-H projects and activities in which students can get involved. There’s a green 4-H clover logo centered in the middle. The heading says, “Tennessee 4-H: Where everyone has a place.”

T-shirts sporting the new design will be available this spring in Co-op stores across the state.

Proceeds from the sales of the shirts are collected by the Tennessee Farmers Cooperative Foundation. At the conclusion of the sale, the dollars raised will be sent to the Tennessee 4-H Foundation to be added to each county’s local account.

The mission of the Tennessee Farmers Cooperative Foundation (TFCF) is to cultivate future generations of agricultural leaders, serve local communities, and support faith-based initiatives. TFCF actively promotes the development of agricultural leaders by providing support for high-impact agricultural leadership programs such as 4-H and FFA. Many of these students often end up accepting positions within the Co-op system or with other ag industry partners.
