WORK FOR CO-OP

Co-op’s commitment to community starts with our people – talented, energetic, motivated individuals who truly love what they do and seek to serve our local farmers by making them more successful. Think you have what it takes? You’re in the right place!

Local Co-ops provide a wide variety of career opportunities at over 165 retail locations in many specialized areas, including farm equipment, hardware, agronomy, feed, animal health, rural lifestyle and hunting & outdoors.

Each year, we also hire a group of summer interns to gain hands-on experience working with a member cooperative. This internship is eligible for school credit with most colleges/universities. For recent college graduates, the Cooperative Trainee program helps to prepare candidates for jobs at member Co-ops across our system. This training program lasts for one-year and will give the candidate a wide variety of training and education to help them advance their careers with Co-op.
