Tennessee Farmers Cooperative (TFC) is proud to announce that it has been awarded the prestigious Top Workplaces 2024 honor by Tennessean Top Workplaces.

This recognition is a testament to the positive and supportive work environment cultivated at TFC, as well as the dedication and enthusiasm of its employees. The ranking is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC.

"Being recognized as a top workplace is not just a prestigious honor, but it also reflects the positive and supportive environment we have cultivated together," says TFC Chief Executive Officer Shannon Huff. "It is a testament to the passion, resilience, and unwavering belief in our cooperative's mission that our employees bring to their work every day."

The survey uniquely measured the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling respected and supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute. The results highlighted TFC's shared values, commitment to excellence, and the incredible teamwork that defines the cooperative.

"This recognition is a reminder that we must continue to nurture and enhance our workplace culture," added Huff. "We must remain focused on fostering an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best."

TFC is committed to prioritizing employee well-being, growth, and development, and encouraging open communication, providing opportunities for learning and advancement, and supporting each employee's professional and personal growth.

"I want to express my deepest gratitude to each one of our employees for their dedication, passion, and commitment to our member Co-ops and farmers," says Huff.
