SUMMARY:

Co-op Farm Hardware & TBA was established in 2025 and focuses on sales, marketing, customer service, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution for farm supplies at TFC, AFC, and Faithway Feeds. The Inventory Control team is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to support daily operations at our Guntersville Distribution Center. This position involves physical labor, inventory management, and basic computer work. A successful candidate will be organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous warehouse or outdoor labor experience preferred (not required)
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing) for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills required (e.g., data entry, inventory software, email)
  • Experience with inventory systems or databases is a plus
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to be trained)
  • Valid driver’s license required


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  •  Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse and yard areas 
  • Assist in receiving shipments and verifying product quantities 
  • Accurately input data into inventory systems and complete related documentation 
  • Support inventory audits to help ensure accurate inventory levels 
  • Perform general warehouse and yard tasks assigned by supervisors 
  • Follow all safety guidelines and promptly report hazards or equipment issues 
  • Perform other duties as assigned
