SUMMARY:
Montgomery Farmers Co-op stands as a testament to decades of agricultural commitment and community service. Their agronomy teams offer a wide variety of products and solutions, including crop protection, crop nutrients, seed, custom application, and precision agricultural technology for spreading, sampling, and field management prescriptions. They are seeking a dependable seasonal laborer to support day-to-day agronomy operations. This role focuses on general labor and hands-on support to help keep agronomy services running smoothly during the busy season. Duties include assisting with loading and unloading materials, maintaining equipment and facilities, and supporting agronomy staff as needed. There is potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor and seasonal conditions
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials regularly
- Prior farm, warehouse, or labor experience is helpful but not required
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Assists agronomy staff with general labor tasks
- Loads, unloads, and moves seed, fertilizer, and other materials
- Cleans and maintains work areas, equipment, and facilities
- Assists with fieldwork and preparation as directed
- Operates basic equipment and vehicles after proper training
- Follows all safety guidelines and procedures
- Supports team members to ensure efficient daily operations
- Provides outstanding customer service to the members and customers of Montgomery Farmers Co-op
