Held at the State Capitol in Nashville, Congress gives youth the chance to step into the role of a legislator by debating bills, holding elections, and experiencing how government works firsthand.

The purpose of 4-H Congress is to help young people better understand their responsibilities as citizens, strengthen their leadership skills, and celebrate the accomplishments of outstanding 4-H’ers across the state.
