QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Agriculture, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Willing to learn new E-Commerce platform
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Skilled at multi-tasking, managing timelines, and providing attention to details
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Background in and/or understanding of agriculture and e-commerce
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Aids in driving sales and company profitability for all current Co-op partners
- Updates item information inside of e-commerce platform
- Makes seasonal changes to content displayed on site upon request
- Works with other department members to execute marketing strategies for sales promotions online
- Identifies opportunities to grow e-commerce business with customers
- Manages multiple projects while meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional customer service
- Demonstrates strong communication skills throughout the entire organization
- Helps track results of content-related traffic and sales efforts for use in reporting successes to management and as a sales tool for clients
