- Skills or degree in business management, administration, or related field
- Previous sales and management experience may be advantageous
- Strong industry knowledge preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Computer literacy, good organizational skills, strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work under pressure and handle stress
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Delegates and directs service tasks, monitor the progress of current projects, and manages service team
members to ensure the team’s objectives and sales goals are met each week
Handles customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally
Assists with or performs administrative tasks, such as managing/updating invoices, processing new orders,
and tracking parts inventory
Sets up and maintains a service desk and evaluates its efficiency
Resolves service desk issues and improves methods to increase productivity and customer service
Monitors department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issuesAudits work and service to ensure the company meets standards, efficiency, and productivity goals
Maintains strong relationships with coworkers, manufacturers, delivery personnel, and sales representatives
Maintains strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company’s
adherence to those regulations, and remaining current on the industry’s standards, innovations, materials,
tools, and processes
